When an EroLove companion remembers a detail incorrectly, correct the smallest useful piece of the story first. Separate a factual error from a misunderstood preference or an event that has not happened. Rewriting the entire relationship can introduce more contradictions than it removes.
EroLove’s current privacy policy describes an Our story screen where you can view, correct, pin, delete and export conversation memories. Those are documented controls, not a recall test we performed. This guide provides an original method for deciding what to change when you use the controls available in your account.
Classify the mistake before editing
A wrong name is a fact error. Treating a temporary preference as permanent is a scope error. Remembering a hypothetical plan as a completed event is a timeline error. Each needs a different correction.
Imagine an ordinary fictional conversation in which you considered visiting an exhibition on Sunday. Later, the companion refers to the exhibition as something you attended together. The correction is not “forget the exhibition.” It is “we discussed going; the visit has not happened.”
That distinction preserves the useful topic while removing the invented event. It also gives you a clear result to look for in the next conversation.
Make a three-column memory audit
Before changing anything important, write a small private table:
| Current memory | What should be true | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| We went to the exhibition | We discussed a possible visit | Plan, not completed event |
| You dislike busy places | You wanted a quiet evening that day | Temporary preference |
| Your work is restoration | The fictional scene uses that role | Story context, not real biography |
Keep the distinction between fiction and your real life explicit. A believable scene does not require storing a real employer, address or private person’s details.
If you cannot state the corrected version clearly, ask whether the item needs to be stored at all. A vague memory can create more confusion than a short conversation-only detail.
Choose the smallest appropriate action
Use correction for an otherwise useful memory containing a wrong detail. Use deletion when the entry is unnecessary, belongs to the wrong context or includes information you do not want retained. Consider pinning only a small number of stable facts whose continued relevance is clear.
The policy lists these capabilities, but it does not guarantee that pinning a fact forces every future response to obey it. AI replies can still be inaccurate or inconsistent. Treat the control as a way to manage stored information, not as a deterministic programming command.
If the current screen differs from the policy’s description, read its labels and confirmation text carefully. Do not delete a broad category merely because a remembered tutorial used a different button arrangement.
Give the next turn one job
After correcting the exhibition memory, continue with a narrow line such as: “We have not booked the exhibition yet. Help me compare Sunday morning with Sunday afternoon.”
This is an original example, not an observed EroLove exchange. It keeps the corrected fact relevant without demanding a performance score. You can notice whether the reply treats the visit as a future plan.
Avoid testing ten unrelated memories in the same message. If the answer goes wrong, you will have less idea which conflict matters. One small continuation is easier to interpret and easier to correct.
Export a reference without creating a privacy problem
The documented export option can help you retain a personal reference before extensive edits. Review where the file goes, whether the device is shared and whether a cloud folder automatically syncs it. An export is another copy of private material, not an inherently safer location.
Keep only what serves your purpose. You might need your own original scene notes and a short list of stable facts rather than every intimate exchange. Do not send a full export to a friend or support agent merely to explain one incorrect memory.
EroLove’s policy also describes relevant content being processed by AI model providers. Editable memory does not mean the service cannot process the conversation in the first place.
A good repair leaves a small, coherent state: the event is still a plan, a temporary preference stays temporary and fictional details stay inside the fiction. That is more useful than asking the companion to remember everything forever.
